Simple Spinach & Mandarin Salad

Ingredients

·10 oz spinach leaves
·2-3 cups mandarin slices
·1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
·Poppyseed or honey mustard dressing

Directions

Place spinach, mandarin slices, and chopped nuts in a large serving bowl. Just before serving, drizzle with desired amount of dressing and toss everything together!

It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves Ooooby!
