Ingredients
2 Large potatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
25 sage leaves
maldon/sea salt for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Slice the potatoes paper thin. Toss in olive oil. Sandwich a sage leaf between 2 slices of potato and lay on baking paper lined tray. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 25-30 mins. Watch carefully. Serve hot.
