Ingredients
New season rocket potatoes
Two cloves of garlic
One red or white onion
Love Mayo (Mustard and Dill)
Fresh herbs
Olive oil

Lightly boil 10 new Ooooby potatoes, drain, cool and cut into cubes
Gently fry finely chopped garlic in olive oil
Mix in equal measure with Love Mayo - Mustard and Dill flavour
Chop up some fresh garden herbs, slice red onion nice and finely
Mix all up together, add salt and pepper to taste Eat!
