Planton Farm is a mixed regenerative farm on Clee Hill. As they convert their land to full organic status we are proud to offer their produce.
This is a mix of rainbow chard and spinach beet - both are often described as a super-foods, providing is an excellent source of iron, potassium, vitamins A, C, E and K as well being as a good source of fibre. It also has useful amounts of trace minerals like magnesium, manganese, copper, choline, calcium, and riboflavin.
