Both "courgette" and "zucchini" mean the same thing - "Small Marrow". Courgette from the french and Zucchini from Italian (although strictly speaking one courgette is a Zucchina).
Like all members of the squash family, the courgette has its ancestry in the Americas. However, it appears that only in 19th Century Italy was the modern courgette bred.
How about:
Harissa mince (meat/soya) stuffed courgettes. Courgettes are stuffed with mince, garlic, cumin and harissa, then baked in a hot tomato sauce
Courgette & mint soup
Courgette frittata
BBQ courgettes
Courgette curry
Chocolate courgette cake
Courgette risotto?
A customer told us that at the height of the courgette season allotment-holders start to lock their cars while they work. Not because of theft, but because otherwise they arrive back to find a box of courgettes on the passenger seat.
