Martin & Janet started making apple juice in 2007 at Butford Farm, Bodenham.
They grow over 30 varieties of dessert and culinary apples and make named single variety juices as well as blends. The main varieties used are Cox, Discovery, Ellisons Orange, Falstaff, Fiesta, Grenadier, Red Devil, Spartan, Sunset and Tom Putt with the sharp Early Victoria providing balance in a blend.
