A richly flavoured organic spice mix with a characteristic red colour. Paprika is made from a variety of red peppers; Capsicum Annuum, which includes red peppers, bell pepper, and chili peppers. Paprika comes in many forms, this one is mild and non-smoky in flavour.
It is the national spice of Hungary where it is used generously to flavour goulash. It also has a wide variety of other used from soups and stews to devilled eggs, potato salads and hummus.
