A kitchen essential. The citrus fragrance and tartness means it's wonderful combined with all manner of ingredients and dishes, from sweet to savoury. Organic fruit is always unwaxed.
The Fino lemon is also known as the Mesero or Primofiori leomon. Despite being one of most widely grown lemons in Spain, its origins are not known. The fruits are medium-szed and bright yellow with a thin skin, a very high juice content and very few pips. The juice has especially high acidity.
