Our friends Jo & Paul Morton make highest quality barbecue charcoal in their woods at Ullingswick, Herefordshire. They only use timber that is taken out as part of their management of the woods for wildlife and conservation.
The charcoal is all handmade, by Jo & Paul, using only hardwoods. they do not add any chemicals. So, the charcoal enhances the flavour of your food as well as being easy to light.
It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves them!
