Award winning Organic Mature Cheddar Cheese carefully matured for 10 - 14 months to produce a full flavoured farmhouse cheese with a firm and silky texture.
All the Lye Cross organic cheese is produced from free-ranging cattle fed on a 100% Organic diet. The cows spend the majority of their time outside but during bad weather they are brought indoors and given appropriate bedding and adequate space.
