This smooth and tasty goats' cheese is matured for 4-7 months to give it a more pronounced flavour. Just like the mild cheese it can be used everywhere you would use cows' Cheddar, in sauces or to make a mouthwateringly good cheese on toast.
This is a Chilled product, and needs to be stored between 2-8°c.
