Delicious slow fermentation sourdough bread from our great friend Matty who bakes his bread at his Ludlow bakery.
This generous loaf has the classic chewy crust over a light, tasty inside. Baked using Shipton Mill organic flour and Matty's own sourdough starter. Note, Matty also uses a very small quantity of bread yeast, see below.
Ingredients: White wheat flour no.4, Rye flour, Organic Yeast 0.5%, Sourdough starter (water, flour), Sea salt
