Rhos Market Garden produces around 40 different vegetables mainly throughout the summer and the autumn including salad, mange tout, carrots, spinach, peas, beans, leeks, onions, parsnips, brassicas (such as cabbages and sprouts), and alliums (the onion family). We gained organic certification in 2010. So we use minimal inputs, compost any waste and encourage the birds, bees & beneficial insects to help with pest control. We feel an organic system is the most sustainable way to grow healthy tasty food.
